At CHARCOAL USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
